There are a lot of possibilities on how to handle an incident. This is a list of all actions that can be triggered within the status dashboard.

Leankoala is continuously learning new incident patterns. Some of them are re-occuring all the time and are not project-specific. This is why we introduced the "Suggestions". They are one-click solutions for general tasks. 

Suggestions can be found next to the incident and are marked by the yellow light bulb.
